(1) All sales for imprinted and handpainted-to-order items are final.
Because of the highly customized nature of our products we cannot provide refunds or exchanges once shipped.
(2) Returned merchandise will be accepted only if the merchandise item itself is defective. Prior to returning any product the customer must notify us via Email for a return authorization.
(3) We will clarify your requirements for custom artwork in detail before we process your order through Email correspondence and telephone, as necessary, and we will advise when your order ships with detailed shipping information. We will take every measure to ensure your absolute satisfaction, including providing you high resolution images of artwork pieces for your review before sending the original artwork.
(4) If you want us to edit, enhance or modify a photo of your choosing, an artwork charge will apply. Please see our Services page for more information.

(5) We will bill your credit card when your order is prepared to be shipped, and we will advise you when the order is shipped and provide detailed carrier information.
(6) As an InterNet Merchant we can accept MasterCard and Visa orders only. We cannot accept cash, check, money order or COD orders.
